Hats on Boogies
This is not funny.
When Boogie is the King of the World, Boogie will ban all hats on cats, and Boogie will put to death any humans who dare to desecrate the dignity of felines by plopping stupid flowery hats on their heads and then laughing and laughing at how funny the result.
Boogie will put them to death PERSONALLY. And it will hurt. A LOT.
